Arboricultural Impact Assessment

Arboricultural Impact Assessment report for submission with a planning application. Includes mitigation and compensation measures and a Tree Protection Plan.

Arboricultural Method Statement

Sometimes required as a condition of planning the AMS will draw on the information provided in the Impact Assessment and include more detailed information for tree protection during development and will define the roles and responsibilities of those working in proximity to trees.

Tree Reports for Mortgage & Insurance Purposes

These can normally be completed within 2 working days of your request and emailed for speedy completion.

Tree Health & Safety Inspections

Surveys designed to identify trees with any structural or physiological defects, and make recommendations for remedial tree work. These surveys can be tailored to suit homeowners with small numbers of trees or local authorities, housing associations and landowners with much larger numbers of trees.

Quantified Tree Risk Assessment - QTRA

Barry Anderson and Liam Robson are both licensed users of the QTRA method for risk assessing tree failure. The system uses accepted risk management principles in order to facilitate proportionate safety management.

Decay Detection Services

We can undertake decay detection testing using an IML Resi-PD 400 microdrill.
